All Shipping within Canada is done by Canada Post. All Shipping within US is done by USPS. For all other countries the shipping is done by other reputable shipping companies.

Free Shipping is with tracking. For shipping option that is not free the client has the option to choose tracking. However, Expedited Shipping by Canada Post within Canada already comes with tracking.

The package is shipped the same day if ordered before 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), it is shipped the next business day if ordered after that time.

The shipping time is 1–2 weeks within Canada and the US.

The shipping time is 2–3 weeks within the rest of the world.

A client has 30 days from the date of the receipt to make a return. The client has to contact customer service representative, Nika White, to indicate their desire to start the return process. Upon that contact the client can send the mineral or minerals to the following address: 72 Kemano Road, Aurora, Ontario L4G 2Y3, Canada. The mineral or minerals should be received within 30 days from the date the return has been arranged. The full refund will be issued upon the receipt of the mineral or minerals in their original condition. The mineral or minerals have to be in the condition in which they were sent for the refund to be issued.
