Shipping

We are shipping with Canada Post and USPS. All Shipping is with Tracking.

The package is shipped the same day if the item is ordered before 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), it is shipped the next business day if the item is ordered after that time. 

The delivery time is 1–1.5 (ocassionally 2) weeks from the time the order has been placed within Canada and the US.The delivery time is 1-2 weeks within the rest of the world.

Sometimes the item can get held at customs, which can affect its delivery time. This happens rarely and is something the Shop of Wonders cannot affect. 

 

Returns

A client has 30 days from the date of the receipt of the item to make a return. The client should write an email to the client service representative, Nika White: nikawhite8@gmail.com, indicating their desire to initiate the return. Alternatively, the client can text or call Nika White by WhatsApp or by regular phone number: 1 647 879 07 33.

It is encouraged that the client writes a text or an email as it is easier to rely on a written correspondence when initiating a return.Upon that contact, the client can send the mineral or minerals to the following address: 72 Kemano Road, Aurora, Ontario L4G 2Y3, Canada within 30 days.It is encouraged to send the mineral or minerals with tracking.

The client bears the cost of the return shipment.The mineral or minerals have to be received in their original condition for the refund to be issued. The refund will be issued in the same format in which the payment was issued.
